Clever Cowprovide administrative and office support to trade and construction businesses. We are looking for a bookkeeper/administrator to join the team in Symonston.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Preparation of BAS and IAS
  • Quoting and Invoicing
  • Collection calls
  • End of month, quarter and year end accounts
  • Payroll
  • Office administration

The role will suit someone with:

  • Cert IV in bookkeeping or finance (or currently completing)
  • Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks experience
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Trade and construction experience
  • confidence in payroll
  • ability to work autonomously
  • exceptional organisational skills
