Clever Cowprovide administrative and office support to trade and construction businesses. We are looking for a bookkeeper/administrator to join the team in Symonston.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparation of BAS and IAS
- Quoting and Invoicing
- Collection calls
- End of month, quarter and year end accounts
- Payroll
- Office administration
The role will suit someone with:
- Cert IV in bookkeeping or finance (or currently completing)
- Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks experience
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Trade and construction experience
- confidence in payroll
- ability to work autonomously
- exceptional organisational skills
